Summary: We absolutely recommend Michele’s cooking class. It was an authentic experience inside an Italian kitchen. Michele and Wanda were lovely hosts and besides the fun cooking we also enjoyed our conversations about culture, families, traditions and our backgrounds. Enjoy your Easter holidays 😊

Summary: This was one of the best cooking classes I have taken. I went as a solo, expecting others, but it was just me! Michele and his wife Wanda opened their home and I got a private lesson making Casoncelli. The wine and food were great but the best was being able to spend time with them. I will be making casoncelli upon my return to the States. It was a wonderful experience.
